IPR Workshop: Day 4

Today was very eventful as many interesting topics were introduced and discussed. The day began with a discussion of two scenarios of patent application and we were asked to study those situations and comment upon them. It was very educative. This was followed by a session on "Third Party Involvement" and it covered basic definitions on who and what constitutes ''third party". Then a session on " Patent drafting" conducted. In the afternoon Thomas Spermt from Siemens made a very interesting and illustration presentation on " Patent drafting" with a case study
